Refund Policy

At The Crawlers, we want every experience to be smooth and fair for everyone. Please read our cancellation and refund policy carefully before booking.​

Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the tour: You will receive a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.​

Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before the tour: You will receive a 50% refund. The remaining 50% will be retained as a cancellation fee.​

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour: No refund will be issued. The full amount will be retained.

No shows If you do not show up at the meeting point at the scheduled time without prior notice, no refund will be issued.​

Bad weather or circumstances beyond our control: In the rare case that we need to cancel a tour due to extreme weather or circumstances beyond our control, you will be offered a full reschedule or a full refund.

Group bookings: For private or group bookings, cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance for a full refund.​
